The business came about as, over the years, we have invested in property and managed these properties ourselves. So it seemed the logical next step to take our first-hand experience and knowledge of the local market and use it to help other potential property investors achieve the same levels of success.
We have a proven track record in all aspects of our business and, in particular, we have a reputation for a fast, efficient and cost effective service and we are registered with the National Landlords Association
Joan Owen, the company director, is a member of the Landlords National Property Group. She has also completed a one year programme :”Property Profits Breakthrough” with Reena Malra in order to gain an even more in depth understanding of the property market.
Owen Property Solutions are registered and licensed under the Rent Smart Wales scheme, as part of the new landlord licensing legislation which will be in force by November 2016. To this end, we are not only able to source properties for investors, arrange fast sales of peoples’ homes and organise rent to buy schemes, but we are also experienced in managing both the maintenance and tenants for private landlords.
